Puzzle Solution

Step 1.
Turn the challenge side of the card facing down.

Step 2.
Lift the strip up to form a loop, then double the card over to form a ‘U’ shape, and at the same time pushing the thin strip through the hole far enough to allow the bead to be then passed through the loop. See picture below.
